de seneste års publikumsrekorder, men også blandt de såkaldte ikke-brugere,
der deler en forståelse af, at kunst og kultur spiller en unik rolle i samfundet og
fællesskabet.
I Den Nationale Brugerundersøgelse fra 2018 siger en ikke-bruger, at ”museer
er vildt vigtige”. En anden supplerer: ”Selvfølgelig er museer vigtige! Det er
vores historie, og det skal man have en mulighed for at komme ind og se, hvis
det interesserer én. Det ville være helt forkert, hvis de ikke var der.” Udsag-
nene står ikke alene. 65 procent af alle danske ikke-brugere mener, at museer
