Projekt 2 handler om H.C. Andersen Museum. Museet giver en kedelig oplevelse til sine gæster og problemet er at det i H.C Andersens eventyr er det omvendte. Her skulle vi lave et produkt til at give en brugeroplevelse til gæsterne. Museum skal ikke være fyldt med billeder og tekster. Prototypen etablerer eventyrlige brud med den eksisterende formidling for at vække genstande, fortællinger, figurer og eventyr til live på legende vis.
Her var vi 3 personer i gruppen. Tobias, Helene og mig. I projekt var hver gruppe 4 personer. Men vi var kun 3 personer. Derfor har vi haft lidt mere travlt i projektforløbet end de andre. Det var også en anden udfordring for os, fordi gruppemedlem har været en uge på ferie i projektforløb.
Jeg har ikke besøgt H.C Andersen museum, da jeg var i Tyrkiet en uge. Men jeg havde kontakt med mine gruppemedlemmer via messenger og de har sendt mig videoer fra museet. Jeg har besøgt museet for 4-5 år siden, men kunne kun huske lidt. De var der for at lave research om teknologier og installationer.
I hvert gruppearbejde starter man med en gruppekontrakt. Jeg har skrevet et eksempel og sendt til vores gruppe. De var enig i nogle af punkterne og vi valgte Tobias som gruppeleder.
Vi har lagt en problemformulering for vores rapport. Vi skulle finde løsninger til at skabe brugeroplevelser i H.C. Andersen Museum. Vi har lavet et spørgeskema til brugerundersøgelsen, og kigget på Danmarks Statistik og undersøgelser fra forskellige museer og fundet en målgruppe. Vi har fundet en video fra Art museum i Japan. Det var meget imponerende videoer og vi har tænkt at det kan være et mere interaktiv video med eventyr i museet som man kan følge med på alle væggene og videoen følger også brugeren. Så gæsterne får en brugeroplevelse i museet. Derfor har vi valgt et interaktiv rum som produkt.
Vi har brugt design thinking method i vores produktudvikling for at få en kollektiv forståelse af brugeren og for at få en bedre prototype. Vi har ikke testet vores prototyp fordi det kræver tid, teknologi og teknik detail. Men vi har snakket med nogle personer som har besøgt H.C Andersen Museum og få lidt feedback over vores idé og prototype.
Vores produkt var et rum som giver en kæmpe visuel oplevelse. Gulvet og alle væggene fra gulv til loft er der projekteret video. Der viser en scene fra et af H.C. Andersens eventyr. Vores første eventyr var H.C. Andersen’s Tommelise eventyr. Når man går ind i rummet, får man en eventyrlige oplevelse i Tommelises verden. Jeg synes at det var en god idé, men vi havde ikke så lang tid til at udvikle vores prototype og vi havde heller ikke nok teknologi til at vise dem.
Jeg har lavet mange forskellige billeder i Photoshop for at illustrere hvordan vores interaktive rum ser ud. Så der skulle være et 3D layout så man kunne se at det var et rum.
Vi skulle også lave en præsentations video og snakke om vores idé og produkt. Derfor var vi i et greenscreen rum og filmet videoer. Alle optagelserne i præsentationsvideon har jeg styret. Jeg har lavet vores video i Adobe Premier Pro.
Efter vi har afleveret vores klient rapport og prototype til klienten, startede vi vores præsentation. Vi har fundet en projektor og en tablet til at vise vores video og prototype. Der var mange som besøgte vores stand og vi har fået god feedback.
